Fees and Insurance Information
We accept: Cash, Credit Cards, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, TriCare, Humana Health, United Health, Medicare/Medicaid, and most other insurances
Self-Pay Rates:

| Regular Session | 60 minutes | $200.00 |
For out-of-network clients, payment is required at the time of the session. Additionally, we provide Superbills to help you obtain out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance company.
Insurance Reimbursement:
Depending on your insurance plan, you may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not submit claims directly but will provide documentation to assist you in the process. Here are key questions to ask your insurance company:
- Does my plan cover therapy using CPT Codes 90791 and 90837?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible?
- What is the reimbursement rate once my deductible is met?
Good Faith Estimate: Your Rights
You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy. You can request this estimate before scheduling or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. For more information, please visit: cms.gov/nosurprises.
